Tucked inside the ground floor of a high-rise condominium building, Mario’s Table is the Gold Coast’s ultimate hidden gem. Owner Mario Stefanini has served up authentic Italian cuisine and fine wine since opening in 1995.
Known for true hospitality and for serving the best grilled calamari in town, the menu includes such classics as eggplant parmesan, chicken marsala, shrimp scampi, the meatball salad and stone-fired pizzas. Weekly seafood specials are also featured. Most of the wines from its extensive selection can be ordered by the glass, and the “Two-fer Tuesdays” special allows patrons to order two glasses for the price of one. And the meal can be topped off with traditional Italian desserts like tiramisu and cannoli.
Stefanini takes a hands-on approach to his restaurant’s success by being on-site most nights to greet customers, from his longtime regulars to first-time visitors.
Mario’s Table is open for dinner Monday thru Saturday from 4:30pm to 10:30pm, Mario is closed on Sundays, but the entire restaurant can be booked for private parties on Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm.
