Chicago Hotel Concierge Association (CHCA) is a non-profit organization of more than 50 members from more than 30 hotels in the city.
As the largest association of hotel concierges in Chicago, CHCA directs visitors to the best experiences the city has to offer. What sets CHCA apart is their unwavering focus on visitors’ experiences during their stay, no matter how long. The Board of Directors strongly upholds ethics and professionalism within the organization, ensuring that visitors are always given the best recommendations.
As President, Ben Nelson leads the CHCA team, which includes Vice President Lois Motroni, Treasurer Debbie Sawyer, Recording Secretary David Gonzalez and Corresponding Secretary Morgan Cohen. Together, they shape and guide the organization, ensuring the highest level of service is given to each and every visitor.
